Q 1: Hi there. What is the difference between the two- bedroom and the deluxe apartment? Thanks.

A: Hi, The deluxe apartments are upstairs and have been refurbished. More modern in the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The standard apartments are downstairs, still very clean and comfortable, but older style kitchen and interior. both have 2 bedrooms.

Q 2: Do you offer a late check-in if we arriving after hours?

A: Hi, Yes we can arrange late check-in. Either advise us at time of booking, or call on day of arrival before 8.30pm.

Q 3: is the pool heated and able to be used in April?

A: Very sorry, if the weather is good in April.

Q 4: Hi, we are travelling with bikes and would like to store them securely overnight. We we able to put them in the room or other secure location?

A: Yes we have a secure and locked bike shed where you can store your bikes for the duration of your stay. We also offer a one way bike shuttle (for a small fee) to various towns, you can ride back on the rail trails and enjoy the beautiful region.

Q 5: Can we leave the car there if we arrive early

A: Yes that is fine, we have plenty of parking.

Q 6: Do you have a room with 3 beds to accommodate 3 ladies

A: We have a couple of options depending on availability. We have a Family Room which has a queen bed and two singles, or a Two Bedroom Family Apartment which has a queen bed and 3 singles. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

Q 7: Do you have a room with a bath tub?

A: Hi, Sorry no bath tubs on our rooms or apartments, all are walk-in showers.

Q 8: Hi just wondering can you smoke on the balcony of the one bedroom apartment

A: Yes you may smoke on the balcony, however, we do ask you to take into consideration the comfort of our other guests.

Q 9: Hi do u have wifi?

A: Yes all rooms have free wifi.

Q 10: Are all your rooms on the ground floor?

A: We are a 2 storey property with stairs only. If you require ground floor, please request at time of booking. Thanks.
